Supply Analyst - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

So, as a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.

There are two positions available for this role.

Supply Analyst Role:

• To deliver maximum availability of products to our customers - Stores, Distribution, Manufacturing and Business to Business (B2B) - whilst delivering to KPIs (sales, availability, Inventory, known loss and cash profit) for a given range of products

• To be responsible for the delivery of performance targets within your given categories and support other Supply Analysts in achieving theirs through coaching and guidance

• To provide expert support for the Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail and Trading teams in all aspects that will affect the ordering and supply of products to our customers

• To support the Supply Managers and Leads and ensure a continuity of operations in their absence
