Operational Trainer - Craft and Skill

Based at Booths Central Office

We are excited to be recruiting for a new member of the Craft and Skill Operational Training Team. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with some experience working in either our café or counters, or in a training role, who has a passion to help colleagues learn new knowledge and skills to be the best at what they do. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. This role requires driving from store to store and would primarily work with our south stores but would be expected to travel to all Booths sites as reasonably required. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate looking for a new and exciting role that will make a difference.

*      To work with store management teams to deliver training that empowers Café  colleagues to deliver an excellent food (and drink) experience in our Cafés

*      To support store management teams to roll-out new training

*      To support project teams identify how to operationalize new concepts
